日々の筋トレは休まない

先日の記事でイラストの筋肉についてのコメントが多かった。
今日はイラストではなく、中の人の筋肉事情のお話でも。

私は勉強の習慣の他に、筋トレも習慣にしている。
ブログやイラストの練習も習慣にしてたけど
試験が近いのもあって勉強の時間にあてることが多い。
そんな中でも、筋トレだけは休んでないですよ。


女性で筋トレしてますって言うと驚かれたり
やめなさいって言われる事もあります。

やめなさいといわれてやめるぐらいなら最初からやらないって

筋肉をつける事で得られるメリットは
基礎代謝が上がって太りにくくなる事。
（貧乏生活でも太るのは簡単な事は過去の記事参照）

代謝が上がると冷え性が解消される事。

肩こりがしにくくなる事など、メリットが多い。

あと一人暮らしなのもあって筋肉があって困る事が無いです。
「重～い、これ持ってー」なんて出来ないんです。
重い家具だって一人で動かさないといけないし
か弱さなんて捨てる！強く、逞しく！！！！

余談ですが、職場での私のイメージはか弱いお嬢様って事になってます
イメージはイメージ。現物とは異なるものです。

二の腕周り24センチ　フルパワーで27センチ
うっすらと筋肉ラインが出る程度で
上腕三頭筋もラインが出る程度に鍛えてます。

毎日鍛えてるから
もっとゴリラみたいなのを想像している人が居たかもしれないけど
筋肉って思った以上に増えないものです

今後も休まず続けて冷え性改善させて
冬にしもやけが出来るような事のないようにしたいものです。

必要最低限の筋肉は女性でも必要ですよね！
私は趣味でダンスやるので、動きのキレの良さを出すために
少し筋肉つけてますよー＾＾

筋トレは毎日欠かさずしているんですね。
偉いですね～
僕は、疲れて帰って来たときはトレーニングしないで寝ちゃってます。
ダメですね。
僕も冬場にしもやけにならないように、梨々子さんのように毎日するようにします！＾＾

筋肉を鍛える事は大事ですね、使わないと筋肉は痩せてくるようです
車の使用を減らして歩く様になると、第二の心臓が頑張ってくれ
血流も良くなりました。
